What areas do you cover?

We accept day care and boarding bookings from any location. However, dog walking and drop-in visits are focused more on the local Chiddingfold area and surrounding villages. Please contact us for further information.

Do you do 1-on-1 bookings?

Our daycare and boarding services will typically have more than one dog staying with us, as well as our own dog, Dillan. However, we can offer 1-1 walks and drop-in visits.

Do you offer meet and greets?

Yes, for day care and boarding we include a meet and greet. We also recommend one for walking and drop-in visits to ensure your dog(s) is familiar with us before a booking.

What dog breeds do you take?

We accept all dog breeds. Our only rule is that they need to be friendly with other dogs (for boarding, daycare, and group walks), as we want it to be as nice an experience as possible for all dogs.

What's your cancellation policy?

Dog walking and drop-in visitsIf you cancel:More than 48 hours before the service: no cancellation charge.Between 24 and 48 hours before the service: a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the booking value may apply if we are unable to refill the space.Less than 24 hours before the service, or in the event of a no-show: a cancellation charge of up to 100% may apply if we are unable to refill the space.Home boarding and day careIf you cancel:14 days or more before arrival: no cancellation charge.Between 7 and 13 days before arrival: a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the cancelled booking value may apply if we are unable to refill the space.Less than 7 days before arrival: a cancellation charge of up to 100% may apply if we are unable to refill the space.Cancellation charges are intended to reflect the reasonable loss caused by the cancellation. Boarding and Day care:50% payment is required to secure a booking. The remaining 50% can be paid within 7 days after the booking.Drop-ins and Walking:50% payment is required to secure a booking. The remaining 50% is to be paid within 7 days after the booking.

What happens if my dog becomes unwell whilst in your care?
